If you commission a studio shoot you’ll view images on the mac within seconds, so when you leave the studio you’ll know you’ve got the right results. The digital kit is so good that on location, I can shoot with available light which makes things a lot simpler and faster for clients.

You can’t do a great job if you can’t get on with people and I’m out and about everyday photographing all sorts of people, many who ‘hate having their photo taken.’ Tact, diplomacy and a great sense of humour are often required but you need years of experience, in order to pitch it just right.

Clients can have as much or as little input as they wish, briefs can be incredibly detailed or just a single line. I shoot the images, retouch them and output to disk/print ~ everything is inhouse and nothing is too much trouble.
