Fees
I quote a specific fee for every job and that fee takes into consideration a variety of things ~ how long it's likely to take,
how much retouching is involved, any art direction & the usage of the images. It's not an exact science but it works.
I’ve been shooting professionally for over ten years, I can make people look great, I've invested thousands in the latest
digital kit and that's all also factored in. There are never any addition fees, no hidden surprises(!) but I need as much
information as possible in order to provide you with a fee that's fair.
Copyright
One thing I do is retain copyright of images, as a matter of course, I'm happy to sign away copyright but this will always
involve a fee. Unless you're a global player or wish to secure images for a multitude of options there isn't a major reason
to retain the copyright. (By the way I don't do anything with my images except display the best ones on my website,
which promotes not just me but my clientele.)
Fees ~ Studio Work
Portraits ~ a single (subtly retouched) portrait for a newsletter/press release/Linked In is:
£75
Staff shots ~ I can provide you with an all-in fee, with images emailed or supplied on disk. I can shoot first thing in the
morning or after work (staff normally prefer the former!) If I was to photograph several staff, each image would be a
lot less than £95.00. These images could be used for intranets, websites, editorials, direct mail, etc.
Product shots ~ there are so many variables, call me to discuss!
Fees ~ Location Work
A small series of images could be:
£150~£250 (if it's local) or further afield:
£300+.
My standard rates are: half day from:
£450 or full day from:
£750.
Call me if you want to talk budgets, I will always do my very best to accommodate existing & potential clients.
